The Hayloft is above the original Coaching Inn in Grandtully in the heart of the stunning Tay Valley.

It is situated less than 50 metres from the National Slalom Course on the River Tay providing excellent accommodation for adventure seeking watersport enthusiasts.

Winter activities: we are the perfect base for snowboarding, skiing and winter climbing. The Hayloft is within a 1.5 hours drive from all 5 of Scotlands ski centres, check out the ski reports here.

Summer activities: we are also ideally located for Mountain Bikers, Climbers, Hill Walkers, Golfers, Fishermen and families wanting outdoor fun. For a small village, Grandtully has a lot to offer.

We offer full self-catering accommodation, but if at the end of a long day on the river cooking is not top of the list then you can enjoy hearty home cooked food and a warm welcome at the Tully Bar (20 metres). Also across the road is The Inn on the Tay offering a more extensive menu in beautiful surroundings.

Coffee lovers should head straight to Legends coffee shop, don't leave without trying the Carrot Cake or browsing in the gift shop. If you still need more, then why not sample the handmade chocolates of the Highland Chocolatier.
