Tarif

from £16 per person per night.

A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking or shortly afterwards.

On receipt of the deposit the reservation will be confirmed by Email, or mail if required, and availability marked as booked.

The balance of the rental fee is required a minimum of 30 days in advance of booked dates.  

We reserve the right to re-let accommodation where the full fee has not been received 30 days in advance.

Good Housekeeping Deposit £100 (payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure)

In the event of cancellation more than 30 days in advance, and only where we are able to re-let for the same period, the deposit will be returned less a £20 administration fee.  

Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance cover as in the case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance of your visit, we cannot guarantee any refund.
